1.0 Whitley read resignation letter from Unger. She resigned to take position as CWA Staff Representative in Vice-President Maley’s office in Washington. Motion to accept by Brett, second, Naveira, carried. Whitley was then sworn in as President by Swanson.
2.0 Motion by Faranda, second, Naveira, to accept the minutes of the April 24, 2007 Executive Board Meeting, carried.
3.0 Swanson reported the following financial information:

6.3 May 15 Step 2 grievance meeting with Unger and Negron on misuse of tour change for techs at Middletown and Monmouth Junction.
6.4 May 30 Brett and I met on step 2 grievance, contractors doing bargaining unit work.
6.5 May 23 Membership meeting in NJ.
6.6 May 30 Filed step1 grievance on company failing to provide safety shoes.
6.7 June 1 E-mailed manager Carman about his failure to set up grievance meetings in timely fashion.
6.8 June 5,13 Called Brett and Negron to notify of meetings.
6.9 June 13 Received complaint of power outages from Steward J. Hennings. Called CRE Manager McLeod to resolve problem.
