Zayac, Brett and Faranda. 3.8         Feb 18 – Assisted member with EAP. 3.9         Feb 10 – Worked with HR Manager J. Hodes on organizing and Steward AZ on              LNS O/T agreement. 5.7        Jan 7 – Spoke with Whitley on plans for C&T conference LNS O/T agreement               Access to AOL e-mail and set up account for S/T and VP. 5.8        Jan 9 – At Local working on grievances and computer reconciliation. 5.9        Jan 14 – Spoke with R. Hodes again on organizing. 5.10      Jan 15 – Spoke with Whitley on NYC workers looking for representation; Worked on grievances. 5.11      Jan 16 – Assisted member with ATS retreat rules; and w/o organizing. 5.12      Jan 17 – Organizing drive in Middletown; e-mailed staff rep on reimbursement. 5.13      Jan 18 – Wrote letter to Am. Arb. Assoc, worked on O/T agreement. Sent appeal letters on grievance numbers 1966, 1994, 1986, and 1990. Worked with Steward GZ on grievance 1993, 1994 1nd 1995. 5.14      Jan 23 – Holiday party at Monouth Jct. 5.15      Jan 25 – Worked on Local administrative issues, grievances, etc. 5.16      Feb 1 – Met with F. Di Paola on holiday selection agreement. 5.17      Feb 4 – Worked on appeals for grievances 001907 & 001960. 5.18      Feb 7 – Conference call on INCS with Zayac and Whitley. 5.19      Feb 11 – Finalized grievance appeals, changes to O/T agreement, sent e-mails on tax reimbursement, 5.20      Feb 13, 20, 21 – At Local on grievances, organizing, etc. 5.21      Feb 19 – Meeting with Zayac on INCS matters. 5.22      Feb 22 – Spoke to CWA Rep Dolan on grievance 001961 going to arbitration, worked with member on ATS. 5.23      Motion to receive Swanson, second, Laughlin; carried.
